By booking our lines, you (“The Customer”) are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provision as may be specified by Extreme Axe Throwing Hollywood (“The Company”).
The services are operated by Extreme Axe Throwing Hollywood at 2046 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, FL 33020 (herein “The Company”, “us”, “we”, “our”) including, but not limited to activities associated with live axe throwing lines / live axe throwing games and other immersive experiences. You will be placed in a themed line and have 60> minutes to throw real axe to interactive targets projection system to real wooden targets. The game is designed for a team of 2-10 people per line.Participation in axe throwing games under the strong influence of alcohol or any other mind altering drug is strictly prohibited. For the safety of our guests the Company representative keeps right to refuse access to the site for those players, and/or terminate the game and ask those players to leave the premises without a refund. Any damage to Company property caused by players under the strong influence of alcohol or drugs shall be reimbursed by the responsible players. You can be liable for damaging any items on the premises and we are entitled to charge you for any damage which is intentional and/or caused by misuse of items. While at the venue, you may be monitored and recorded by video camera and we may photograph or video record you. Photos of each team can be taken before or after the game, these photos will be kept in The Company personal file, these photos may be uploaded to web and social media sites or used for marketing purposes without names. To remove your photos from the website or social media pages you should notify us by sending an email to hello@extremeaxe.com. The website extremeaxe.com may contain hyperlinks to third party websites. We make every effort to ensure the safety of customers on our website, however, the Company accepts no liability for any damage arising out of any use of those websites. The trademarks and logos displayed on the website are the property of the company. You are not permitted to use these without a written consent of the company and you accept that any such use may constitute an infringement of the relevant proprietor’s rights.The present Terms and Conditions and any agreement that incorporates these Terms and Conditions and sales conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. All disputes shall be submitted to the sole jurisdiction of the State of Florida, United States.
Only person(s) who are at least 18 years old are permitted to book a line. Cancelations, refunds, reschedules: if you want to reschedule your game time you should notify the Company no later than 48 hours before your game time. Late rescheduling of the game time is not allowed. If you want to make a cancellation and get a 100% refund you need to notify us by mail/phone no later than 48 hours before your game time. If you notify the Company by mail/phone in the period 24-48 hours before your game time you can get a refund of 50% of paid sum. If you notify of the Company later than 24 hours before your game time the refund could not be done. We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the reserved time to participate in a safety briefing and sign a Release of Liability Waiver prior to entering the lines. If you are late we will try make every effort so that you can play your remaining game time. Any purchase on the website is only valid when processed by the company. You shall receive a confirmation once your booking is processed by email. This booking confirmation includes the reservation order number and the exact date and time of the reservation. Please read it carefully and make sure you have the correct address, date and time for your booking.If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your email’s junk/spam/trash. If you wish to transfer your booking to someone else’s name, please contact the Company by email/phone preferably at least 24 hours prior to the start of your booking. You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly in the online booking form on the website. Company my ask you to present ID. If you are booking more than one line each previous line have to be booked for minium of 6 persons. We can collect all persons to one line in order to follow this Company’s rule.Closed toed shoes are REQUIRED. We can offer you temporary Crocs with disposable socks. BYOB 21+. We can ask you for ID if bringing beer, wine, or wine coolers. For your safety you should follow all the rules and warnings posted in the venue or given by employees. ...
The prices for axe throwing games are shown on the extremeaxe.com web page and are for 60> minutes of play in a live axe throwing lines game, all prices are in United States Dollars. Payments can be made online, by phone, or at the venue (applies only to payments for additional services). Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you are not sure if the whole team is coming, you can book the axe throwing lines game for 2-3 players and pay for the rest of players at the location by cash or card. The company reserves the right to request an ID from customers who made booking.
All players must complete a safety briefing conducted by Extreme Axe Throwing Hollywood representative. We will ask you to sign the Release of Liability Waiver where you fully accept the Terms and Conditions before the game and prior to entering the axe throwing line. For more information please visit our FAQ page. You will be instructed before the game starts by the coacher. After learning the rules of the axe throwing lines game, you will participate in the game at your own risk. The company is not liable for any (personal or equipment) damages caused by not following the rules described before the game. Do not participate in the gamе if you have any health or pre-existing conditions, injuries, or if you are afraid to participate. Only you can determine if you feel good enough to safely participate. We do not and cannot guarantee your health and you fully assume all risks of the activity in that you choose to participate. Emergency EXIT in each axe throwing lines game room is never locked. You are free to leave the axe throwing lines at any time but must remain outside for the rest of the game. We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damages to or loss of your property or belongings, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise. It is forbidden to carry or bring any dangerous or hazardous items to the venue on 2046 Hollywood blvd, Hollywood FL. If anyone in the team/ group is under 18 years old, the adult parent/ legal guardian (18+) must book along with the minor and must accompany him while playing. All children under 18 will need a parent/ legal guardian to sign the liability waiver (Release and Waiver Agreement). The company reserves the right to request an ID from customers who might be minors.
